Welcome to the site!

This may prove useful: http://www.artglassanswers.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=430

Also, this thread is key if you haven't read it yet: http://www.talkglass.com/forum/showthread.php?t=32&highlight=ventilation+101

Those relate only to ventilation, but that is the real key when setting up a shop at home. You can put out a fire, but you can't fix your lungs...yikes. If there's anywhere you should spend extra money if possible, its the ventilation.

Also, make sure your electric setup is safe and legit. Kiln should be on its own breaker, and make sure you're not overloading other circuits with ventilation, stereo, lighting, heating, etc.

Have fun, being able to light your torch at home whenever you want is great :D

i appreciate it guys, yea i actually lucked out and have a vent hub already in place from my wood workshop so it carries everything outside. Im hoping another 2 box fans with the door open wouldn't hurt either? I guess I'm more looking to figure out what i all need to setup with the torch, like a small home fill and or what size tanks, etc to look for or get? all the small things i never had to worry about at a full studio lol. Im not looking to set up a full studio or anything, but more a sufficient and cost effective home studio, so hopefully not having to run tanks back and forth.. And believe me i can't wait to be able to play with fire when i please :) But if anyone can help with that i appreciate it. Thanks, Thanks MP
