Crazy day yesterday, and a thank you.

So yesterday, I went to my studio.

To find that everything was gone, this studio was up for 3 days.

they took everything.

But this was in Spokane, WA were the glass community is tight.

A friend of mine posted on FB that this happened. A few posts later I find out that on of the guys has it, bought it on Craigslist a few hours ago. He said as soon as he saw my glasses he knew this was stolen. Thank god for one of a kind eye ware.

I have my stuff back. the only thing I lost was all the millie I collected over the last year. Oh and some silver.


Just wanted to say thanks to everyone in Spokane and elsewhere that helped.

I am truly grateful.:D

Edit: for the last 2 years I have watch folks here come together for each other , there bond being glass.
I am impresses with the quality of folks I keep meeting here and there.

Terrible that you got hit like that but totally awesome that you got the vast majority of your stuff back. Bravo the the functional art community for the recovery.

I must say, unlike a lot of the other areas in the art world, the functional art community is like a giant, nation wide, frat house. We share techs and knowledge freely, we are there for our brothers and sisters in time of need and I am damn proud to be a part of it all.

Still looking for construction tools and the way the sale went down there wasn't much info to gather to give to the cops.

He called him from a home phone,, no record?
