Graphite breaks down above 1100 or so... so not really. It works as kiln shelves at lower temperatures, for a while.
If anyone needs something to lay in the kiln to keep the dust down... i recommend this....http://www.clay-king.com/kilnshelves.htm
Its real thin and works good.

sounds like you're sitting on a lifetime supply of marble molds, though. now you just have to make marble mold cutting bits- weld various washers to bits of steel rod, sharpen two edges, chuck them up in the drill press and get to cutting!
i was getting creative (drunk) one time when i was feeling graphite rich. i tried to sandblast through some perforated steel into graphite to end up with a dimpled graphite plate for texturing. Unfortunately when i used it on glass it made me go "meh." years later (yesterday) i was fire polishing a large batch of rings with a hand torch. the dimples were a big help to keep the round stuff i was polishing from rolling around after i flipped them, and getting blasted around by the torch. so there's something else useful you might make.
