I am missing The Glass Q Creep workshop.

I signed up with The Glass Q earlier this month and spent fifty dollars. Today the Creep workshop starts and I apparently have no way of viewing it. I am starting to wonder what I spent fifty dollars on when a premium membership is only ten bucks?
It is really inconvenient that the only way to get in touch with them is by e-mail. I guess I just have to go to work and miss the workshop now.:bummed::bummed::bummed:

Are you sure the problem is on their end? Did you test anything in advance to be sure that things worked?

the last time there was a webcast i tried to view and failed as well. I do not know which end the problem lies on, but its unfortunate it seems to be a re-occuring theme.

Do they have any kind of "connection test" function on their site? If they did, did you try it in advance of the day of the demo?

I'm not taking GlassQ's side here, but there is always the great possibility of user error/unpreparedness.

Login to glassq, then go to the Q.live tab and you have to login there as well, first register and then once you do that you should be able to enter the room.

I had the same issue last time, hopefully they make it more clear from now on.

ya its just us regulars workin on there right now no workshop being streamed but theres live glass blowing on there daily and nightly
