Cleaning graphite off of joints

Whats the best method to remove graphite left behind from holder on glass joints? On both male and female joints.

Wet paper towel.. Or it usually comes off in the kiln.. Try not to jam the joints into the tool too hard either

Re grind with cerium oxide?

Well I'm going for cotton buds and nail varnish remover, not sure if it's the best but it works for me :o)

Any cleaning solvent should work if its stubborn with water

windex+paper towel.

(also clean graphite tools often)
