Wacked out Herbie need advice

Recently acquired an old school 50 mil Herbie and it is way out of wack

There is propane leaking in the outer rings like bad bad when using the small flame

Is there someone that that tune this torch in America?

Jason is the man. He's OG on here, just search. I wouldn't invest too much into that 50 though. I had one all serviced and everything, and I still didn't like it. Fortunately I was able to trade it for a Delta. If you work super thin scientific style, you may dig it. Otherwise the 40 or 65 seem to be preferred.
