10th Anniversary Party Invite
Because you have played a key part in our growth; we invite you to come celebrate this milestone with us.
The Basics
Date: Saturday, October 13th

The Details
Demonstrations 5 - 8PM: Crucible Furnace, Lathe & Torches will be in full effect.
Participating Artists - Roger Parramore, Micah Evans from Penland, Phil Sundling from Prism Glass, Natey Biskind, Shane Smith, Matt Tyner from Blue Lilly, Alex Greenwood & Aaron Galloway from the Asheville Glass Center, Lotus Starr from Hippie Hookup.
We know everyone likes to play on the torch, but out of respect for the owners of the facility we ask that only the people listed above use the equipment. It's a party, hang out, get some food, do a little dance, take a break from the torch.
All of the items produced at the event will be donated to RiverLink.org. Feel free to bring in or mail us a finished piece to add to the donation. We will have a raffle to raise additional funds for RiverLink.org consisting of donations from our vendors. Make sure to check out the great items we will have and buy tickets to support the riverllink organization.
Get Your Grub On! 6 - 9PM: Enjoy tasty dishes from some of Asheville's local food trucks on us.
Beer Will Be Flowing! 6 - 9PM: We called upon Noteboom Brewing Project to create his special lampwork ale, so we could provide a tasty brew for everyone to enjoy.
To ensure that everyone enjoying the beer is of legal age, we will be requiring wristbands. Please make sure you bring ID and get a wristband at the door if you would like to consume alcoholic beverages at the event.
You Can't Have a Party Without Some Tunes!! Dj's Joshu, Phonicle and 1 TBA will be playing elevator music until the speakers blow. Music will run for most of the party under the big top tent out back of the glass center.

We would love to have everyone come celebrate with us, but unfortunately space is limited. We ask that you give us a call (866-LAMPWORK); or email (info@mountainglass.com) to reserve a spot.
Directions To Parking and Shuttle Service
We will have a shuttle starting at 5pm and ending at 11pm to take you back and forth from the parking area to the party location.
Please DO NOT attempt to park at the glass center, or the surrounding side streets. We want everyone to be able to roam freely on the property without congestion from cars, and keep the streets open for the locals who live in the area.
The shuttle will run frequently between 5 - 11pm. We will try to stick to a schedule, but will fill in the gaps when needed.
