Wales sales dept has really taken a turn downward . They assured me my acct. would be charged by Friday for some glass I bought . Low and behold it has not been and my glass didnt go out .. WTF !! If you are in North East take a look at Technoboro in Brooklyn .. they offer evrything Wale does and they are on time with shipping and accounting . FYI . Fuk Wale !!

Yeah, they take three days to get to me, and at first they seemed like they shipped same day and I'd have it three days later, but the last two orders they did something similar to me as well.I ordered it on Monday and it didn't get out until Wednesday, so I didn't get it until the following Monday...

Mountain glass art takes 3 days but they always ship it same day if you order it in the morning. So that's who I've been ordering from recently, but I'll definitely check out TechnoBoro though as well.

Wale is awesome, I get my stuff next day usually, they go above and beyond.

Last week they waited an Hour after closing on friday so I could come pick up a kiln, I was stuck in traffic.
Ask for dan, he has always done me right.

I second the Wale praise and I'm surprised things didn't go well. They always take care of me and I've never had a problem after 8-9 years of business with them.

Although I do joke with Dan that they are "Small enough to know you, large enough to have almost everything you might need"

Something like 20 years of ordering a few specific things and besides a couple miscommunication type errors it has been smooth sailing.

Wale is a solid established company. Sorry you had a problem I don't think that is the norm.

Only had one hiccup in about 15 years of ordering. They are not my go to guys for regular stuff, but when I need something special, or some specific thing over night, I will give them a call. If I get my order in by around noon, it is always shipped the same day. I have even called Dan as late as 3pm and he still managed to get my order out that same day.

Christ, for 12 years I have thought I was the only one who had the "you have to ask for Dan" secret. Wale is good, some hiccups at times, but if you call and "ask for Dan" they usually make it right. Having to ask for one person though doesnt look too good on the whole company,but for now if you ask for him he will probably square things.

fuck wale had to call and fight with them almost evrey day for two months to get my money back on 300$ faulty North Jersey Diamond blade. shitty customer service and terrible slection of "fat" rods theyll send you.
