HotGlassColor.com has a good selection and good customer service, I buy mostly from them. Olympic Color Rods has a good selection as well, I've bought batch and cullet from them in the past.

I googled coe 96 oregon and found that Live Laugh Love glass studio has nice prices on frit. Hotglasscolor.com does have good customer service; I've found their prices kinda so-so. Just ordered a few pounds off of Fleabay for less than $30 a pound shipped.
