best electroforming Paint for the $$$ help please.

can anyone that is electroforming please tell me what is the best / most cost effective copper electroforming paint. I ordered some water based and it sucks. i have some midas silver electroforming paint works great $98 oz...ouch..i am posting a new thread on this because the info is changing fast.:bouncy:

we use the safer solutions water based, it kicks ass.

does it stick and coat well on the glass ?
.. i ordered a waterbased from Caswell plating doent coat smooth..

I could see an old batch getting crusty but ours has always been nice and thick. we shake it up a lot after one coat we hold it up to the light and find an occasional spot to thicken but practice made that problem fade.
