hey everybody, I'm pleased to announce the full line up for AGI! We have the pleasure of locking in all these great artists early this year so you can start getting excited for next August right now.

Show and Tell
Last year was the first year we did this event session and it was a huge success. All attendees are encouraged to bring samples of their work with them to show case at the beginning of the week. This is a great way to break the ice and illicite conversation. Seeing what your fellow guests make at the beginning of the week allows everyone to ask questions and promotes our motto, "We're all teachers, we're all students"

Kristian Turley
https://www.facebook.com/kristian.turley
You Know Kristian from Generations Glass Supply, and now of Old School Glass. Kristian will be showcasing the finer points of the basics including: pendants, loops, point pulling, hollow form shaping.

Seth True
https://www.facebook.com/seth.true.7
Seth will demonstrate a large size vac stack and lined tube pulling by hand. He will cover all aspects from prepping the tube and rods, to pulling down over 6 feet of tubing from one setup.

Tom Doner (A.K.A. Wonka)
Finding new markets - Tired of making the same old thing day in and day out? Your local craft market saturated with bottle stoppers and jewelry? No problem! In this presentation Tom discusses the finer points of seeking out and tapping into new markets and product lines. There's always opportunity in places you'd never expect.

Steven Selchow
http://www.glassartists.org/Flamethrower
Steve is an expert when it comes to sculpting animals, critters, and human figures. He will be sharing the secrets of creature building and how to make them come to life.

Doug Zolbert
http://www.facebook.com/doug.zolbert
Doug has developed an amazing technique for creating large (and i mean over 2 feet large) encalmo vessels from solid rod. He recently was showcasing his work at Glassroots. Check out a sample of his work (https://sphotos-a.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-snc7/308250_359844674096441_1249770298_n.jpg)

Mike Shelbo
http://www.facebook.com/shelboglassart
We've all been there, you're working a high silver saturated color and for some reason it just didn't turn out as awesome as you had hoped. Mike has spent years perfecting the used of colored glass and will share his techniques in this interactive color working presentation.

Ken Targal & Alex V
https://www.facebook.com/ken.targal
https://www.facebook.com/alex.vicknair.50
Ken and Alex have recently been making hollow neon sculptures. In this two part demo Alex and Ken will make hollow forms and discuss how to assemble them in order to be prepped and filled with neon and other noble gasses. Guests will have the opportunity to make their own forms to be filled during the week.

Eusheen
http://www.glasspipes.org/Eusheen
A master of line work Eusheen will showcase intricate patterns and assembly of complex line structures. Using the pattern work he will assemble a belt bucle that is both eye catching and functional.

Worm
http://www.glasspipes.org/Gal34965_the_worm.asp
I'm pleased to bring you an AGI FIRST -- lathe work! Worm, known for his large and intricate pieces, will first prep components and then assemble them on a lathe in this two part demo.

Hey everybody!

I just wanted to stop in here and give a brief update on where we are with remaining tickets.

As of this morning we only have 4 A tickets left, and roughly 25 B tickets left.

So if you were even thinking about getting a spot this year I would move as fast as possible to get a down payment in to secure your spot.

Remember, we work on a payment program so it makes it easier to get your ticket. We know it's hard to come up with a lump of cash sometimes so we are trying to make it as easy as possible to get in on this experience.

As always, if you have any questions you can either PM me here or call Elaine at (724) 791-2100

First thing is tickets. We have 15 B tickets left. And are taking a wait list on A tickets. If that doesn't get you motivated to check this awesome lineup out then let's move on to the second thing I wanted to share.

Second item of business. Steve Bates will be joining Worm in doing what should be an Awesome 2 part demo.

just in case you've been living under a rock that's THIS Steve Bates:
