Black Friday Sales...

Hey guys. So i am in the process of buying supplies and items for my studio. I was curious as this will be the first year i am shopping around glass sites. Do any of the sites have black friday sales or cyber monday sales. I am not trying to sound cheap just saying its best to get more for less. Thanks for any insight i tried to google to see if their was a sale last year on mountain glass but didnt see anything.

I looked all over the site where is the mailing list? Im sure i just looked right over it 50 times. Also what does a pound of glass look like? Is it a one pound rod or a could small solid rods? Also been curious about that.

It varies from manufacturer to manufacturer (cutting length) and from glass to glass depending on what's in it. But typically a quarter pound of color is 3-4 rods.

Dave also posts when sales are going on through this site. That's how I find out about a lot of 'em, I miss them in my email sometimes due to excessive bullshit that comes through daily. Just scored 35% off first quality northstar/precision with a promo they just had (ended on Halloween). Smart to strike while the iron is hot.

Also check out glasscraftinc.com if you haven't already, sometimes they have sales there as well.

Can't say I've heard of any cyber monday/black friday sales (although they may have been in the past). But would like to.
