calander use

well this should be very useful to any one with events or shedualing. and keep it in every ones head =)

so a here we go folks

1. click calandar on the top tool bar
2. click new event on the right top of the calendar bar a drop down menu will appear.
3. chose type of event - there are three types .
one day events
reaccuring events
and ranged events

4. Put in a title - remeber this is what people will see on the calender for your event

5. input when your event is and what time zone as well....
one day events is just one date
ranged events give the time period of event
reaccuring events has a box for how often to repost the event.

6.write a decent description in the main box
remeber to add any contact info , times , and back ground info on the event.

7. Click save and your done.
