I am looking for some thing to make that are easy for someone who has only been on the torch for 2-3 weeks. I know im not busting out spoons and stuff this early. Just want to know what you guys started learning to make. I cant seem to find any tutorials that seem out of my experience level. Thanks for the help guys. Go look up tubing implosions on youtube- should be a video by bashi ale. That was my bible for the first couple of weeks, it helped me learn wrap n rake, laying stripes of color, imploding, and forming lenses from tubes. You just have to keep at it and it will start to make sense. If you need encouragement, go look at the first piece I made from that tut (on my progression thread), it's terrible. Just think about what you're doing, and fill in the gaps in the video with what makes sense to you. Also, don't be surprised / angry if the pieces don't come out exactly how they do in the video, barely any of mine are that clean and most of them look like I used a completely different tech. Experiment with twisting as you tear away the excess clear for some interesting patterns.
Learn how to cleanly terminate by tearing glass away. I hope you have some 3mm clear, it's essential to cleaning up designs. If you just practice from that video, it will take you places.

Do you have clear tube? If you got interested in this because of pipemaking, why not try working some clear into a chillum or pipe? If you're really not comfortable trying yet, there's alot of stuff to learn on this site. How about a simple frit implosion?

lurk moar, gods eat here and you just may catch a crumb
best advice I got was, 'the skys the limit'- glass is like any art form in that your only boundary is your imagination but you need a strong foundation. To make good product, you need to know what good product is.

I always thought flower pendants were a good technique for a beginner to learn. Laying the line pattern can be simple on a small maria or complex on a big one so it scales well and executing the implosion aspect repeatedly taught me a lot about how glass moves. Also get contemporary lampworking and do the exercises as you progress through the chapters.
The flow and glassline post tutorials in every magazine, plus their websites too. Get some back issues you'll be happy
