Help!! Does anyone ever have onyx inside out crack cause mine is can someone help?

I have been using onyx for quite some time now but all of the sudden now when im doing i/o its cracking does anyone know y? please let me know if ne1 has ever experienced this or knows whats going on? I really apprecite your time and have a wonderful day!!!

Are you using seconds ?

Onyx will do that sometimes, I would suggest using Momkas dark colors, like obsidian, or black rose. They seem to have less issues. :contempla

If you haven't tried Precision's Jet Black, it is fantastic.

Smoothest, easiest working black I have worked with.

I have only had Onyx do that to me a few times and it was where I let it cool and re-heat a couple of times.
