I saw golden gate was selling stripped solid rod tube pulls...would you do anything diffrent when attempting these? of course using solid rod core...- any good rod and tube size combinations?
do you still call them tube pulls if there solid? sounds kinna strange...anyhow tks for any info...
goldy
well it would be cane instead of tube pull
just do it like a regular vac stack. 25mm rod center.....50x5mm outer tube.

you could also just take a regular hollow stripped tube pull and vac the air out of that. that way you can make prep balls or sections and use the same cane work for your solid attachments
There was a tutorial in the flow a while back that showed that ^ ...Tim "fuzz worm" something
use solid 26mm core for latticino or use a bunch of 6mm clear rods for fillagree, also works well for honeycomb milli.

so on the core part are you jus bunching color together or rappin it around solid clear rod? right right cane pulls....
If you vac stack just like you always do , the only change you make is the inner tube of 25 (or whatever) make a hole on the end that is inside and seal the 25 handle , This makes the whole thing under vac , thus the whole tube will collapse into cane .
