I did some searching here and was not able to find a current list, I was out of the Glass game for like 6 years so I know there have been some new books put out. I could search Amazon, but I would rather ask you all and get a list together if there already isn't one.

Can you help.?

Thanks .

Not really anything new I can think of, Contemporary Lampworking by Bhandu is my favorite, he recently put out out a 3rd volume. Milon's books are good but also not anything new........

Bandhu's books: http://salusaglassworks.com/Books_by_Bandhu.html
Cosmo's books: http://www.cosmoglassworks.com/books.php

I haven't read any others besides those, but they are great.

Gah, sorry it took me so long:P I saw this thread when you posted it and forgot to post. There's a few books that are supposed to be awesome, but I don't own them, and don't remember what they are, so I can't give you the names.

*Contemporary Lampworking 1-3 by Bandhu Dunham.
*+1 for Cosmo's books. i own all of them, and there's some stuff in there (basic stuff) that I learned because of them. Saved me some searching. I'd recommend them especially if your new.
*Glassblowing by Homer Hoyt - This book i like a LOT. I've heard it's hard to find, but I see it posted for sale pretty often. This book explains a lot about shop set-up that other books don't have. Everything I know about a regulator, I learned from this book. It also has several lessons that teach you lots of fundamental techniques that can be used for fancier shit
*Advanced Flameworking by Milon Townsend - This book explains a lot of basics, from tools to torch, fuming, kiln striking, colors, silver color striking. It's not very in depth, but it was one of the first I read and I loved it. It also shows some great sculpture tips you can't get anywhere else. You can get a hardcover of this, with Making and Marketing better work, signed from www.bluemoonpress.com . I'd recommend all of Milon's books (except the one about America, I don't endorse politics)
*Torchworked marbles by Drew Fritts - This book focuses on marbles (obviously), but has a lot of good info. There are several pages of Glass Alchemy articles explaining silver and striking, and this book is full of surface work techniques. Explains things like what different ways you can rake to get different effects, there's plenty of good tips in here.

Theres also a really old scentific book that is an invaluable resource for scientific work..but the exact name or author escapes me. There's also a book full of hand drawn stuff that was supposed to be pretty cool, maybe someone else can chime in with the name? If i think of any other good books I'll edit them in for you and anyone else searching for books. Also... buy a subscription to The Flow, and GlassLine
