Hi Folks ..
I saw the other thread but it is kind of going in different direction. I did use the search function but couldn't find anything.
Simply ; I took a Graal class from Robin like 10 years ago, I want to start doing it again. I was wondering what you all use for photoresist "paper" . It looks to me like, RapidMask looks best.
Also What are a few good manufacturers of sandblasting machines/dust recovery.
And I guess the last question is where do you buy the blasting medium? what are you using, silica carbide?
Thanks !

I'm planning on spending some tax money on a system. The two I'm looking at are:
http://www.rayzist.com/store/Sandcarving_Equipment.php/Sandcarving_System_1924
and
http://www.glastar.com/catalog/sandblasting/3045.cfm
Robin advocates for Glastar when he does his AGI demos, but I've heard good things about Rayzist from people as well.

It's not Silica carbide, it's silicon carbide.
Rapid mask works well, the kind you don't have to wash out. I get mine from Iconics imaging. Try different thicknesses; you can go deeper with the thicker stuff, but the thinner works quicker.
