My passion has rekindled for the flame and I find myself looking for a torch. I have searched ebay and the like and have only very recently found this great forum. What I am asking for is a little help putting some proverbial ears to the ground. Anyone with some tools, ace #3 goggles or a torch that would be willing to part with them would rock :)

Why don't you try working out a trade for services? See if someone is nearby that has a studio. Maybe they need their car fixed? Their lawn taken care of? Shop painted. Something for something?
But look at offering as a sort of Zen justice....

I am price conscious and looking for some cheaper prices.My budget is not so good.
