Hi folks.
Last year we were supposed to replace the Michigan Building, but the bank wouldn’t give us a good interest rate because we’re a business. We would also like to pay off the 4 mortgages that we have on the facility before we burden ourselves with more debt. Because of this, we’re keeping it around until it’s no longer habitable.
That being said, I’d like to have the inside fully tagged... Seth True started it last year after the show by doing a portion of the wall and ceiling, and I’d like to see it completely covered with some cool ass street art. We’re talking walls, ceiling, benches, floor, etc.
I don’t know how much loner it will be around, so let’s make it look good and give it some personality in its final years.
