First of all, Bob Snodgrass is joining us! That alone is pretty exciting. Usually, we Texans have to haul ourselves to the west coast to get come time with Bob.

Second, our lineup is quite epic.

Finally, we have some good after party action as well.

Friday night (4/19), after we shut down, the entire party moves across the street to Peso and Buck's. This party is free and open to everyone. The bar is prepared for 200-500 of us to show up. There should be some good drink specials.

Monday (4/22) night is the private party at The Flamingo Cantina on the famous Sixth Street. This party is $40, and tickets are available on our website. Tickets are limited and they are already selling fairly quickly. The evening includes dinner, live music and a screening of Max Tubman's new short, 1050 Toronto. Both Max and JOP will be there, as well as a variety of other industry giants. We are only selling 200 tickets so this will be an excellent networking opportunity, as well as a lot of fun. After dinner and the movie, we will be opening the doors to the public and selling an additional 90 tickets. For those of you who have never met JOP, he is an incredibly humble and friendly artist. This will be a great opportunity to get to know him, as well as several other major members of the community. It's well worth the cost of admission, and the proceeds go to Meals On Wheels And More of Austin. Buy a ticket and I will personally introduce you to anyone you want to meet. I expect most everyone participating in both the AAGI and Glassroots to show up for this, so like I said, tickets will go fast. The link is on the bottom right hand corner of our website. www.armadilloartglassinitiative.com

Tuesday night (4/23), Corinne (Corn) I will be going roller skating. It's adults only night at a local rink (Playland Skate Center) and it's tons of fun. I plan to round up a group to go with us. I assure you that the two of us are a lot of fun...probably dangerous to put wheels on our feet, but that's part of the fun. We pregame at Trudy's, a bar/restaurant around the corner from the rink. They have excellent Mexican and Cuban martinis and we pregame during happy hour.

I have heard rumor of a meet and greet on Tuesday night as well. While I won't be attending, if I hear any more about it, I will post it here.

Only four more days! I can't wait!

You can go to any print shop and print it for like $.10. Please bring your receipt.

Otherwise, you can buy your ticket at the event as well. If you want one reserved, let me know via email at aymiemckesson@gmail.com, and you can pick it up and pay for it at our booth.
