Who uses Sundance Glass Art?

Does anyone else have a problem trying to reach their customer service? Or problems with orders? Im having problems with both.

Never had a problem with either and have ordered probably a dozen time when they have sales and what not.

My buddy ordered something through them a while ago

Got so fed up waiting we tried to get a refund, and instead of returning any of our emails or voicemails, they just finally shipped our order out.

I will never order from them again, they were the worst.

I've never had any problems with orders and I think I emailed them once about a product and they responded pretty quick. All their tools I bought have lasted to this point, so I can't complain.

I live a couple blocks from sundance and they are always super friendly and helpful to me. really great folks.

Bought my bobcat and hosing from sun dance never had a problem

I ordered from them a couple times, everything went smooth. I have never had to deal with customer service, so no comment there.

I ordered from them a couple years ago ...there was a strange handling fee I thought was bs, so I haven't ordered from them since.

Ive never had a problem with sundance. Glasscraft, thats another story. Theyve left me waiting over a month for something in stock to ship out more than once.

Sometimes if they are slow call them and tell them you need your stuff now. I had an order i needed asap last month and they were on their toes. Only time I noticed they are slow is if they have to order what you need. They dont tell you they are waiting for a box to get there with your item in it. Nice and easygoing customer service.
