Melting Glass

Hi, I'm new to this forum. I make portrait jewelry, and I am wanting to melt glass to help seal my tiles.

Can someone direct me on what I need and how this can be done?

Id love to help but to be honest im not really sure what you are talking about. What exactly are you wanting to acomplish? what do u mean by 'seal tiles'

if you are talking about some how fusing things together using glass as a 'glue' that is not going to work due to expansion issues with glass.

but basically to melt some glass the core essentials are just a torch some good ventilation and of course some glass.
