Donation button, featured sites added

I've added the donate through pay pal button to all 3 skins, and the featured sites to the other two skins. Both are at the bottom on all skins.

When I can, we also have a shopping cart through this server, so we can take payments via credit cards and not through pay pal, but I still have to set that up. For now the pay pal is set up. :)

For those of you who would like to donate but would rather donate glass then cash, we can hold online auctions here to benefit the site. If anyone is interested in donating glass and helping the site grow please let me know. :D
