I was asked to make some extraction tubes, and I am kinda stumped on how Im going to make the hole in the tube fit the butane can every time perfectly on every tube, and have it be a nice seal. I have 0 expirience with BHO making so I really dont know what would be the best way to go about doing this. I was just planning on using some 32x2.2 and making a hole on the end, but HOW do i make that hole the perfect size? Any imput would be great,
Peace & Thanks
You serious? Pop a hole and check the size... Those nozzles on butane cans are tapered so it doesnt have to be perfect perfect every time.

Cool thanks, I didnt know that, I just thought it was all one size. As I said 0 experience. But thanks again,
They also come with like 5 different tips. I just make them like a big bowl hole size and they work fine.

I generally drill through with a tungsten pick. Works for me.

I just condense the open end of the tube down until an appropriate size is left.

Just spend the extra change and give them heavy wall... 32 x 2.2 seems very sketchy.

I have a buddy who makes and sells a good amount of these. he was telling me about a week ago that he uses GonG joints on the tube, and makes a piece (i assume) that the can fits into, that GonGs into the tube.

Ive used one of these in the past, they honestly suck more then they are helpful. They can build up pressure inside and then the glass on glass joint kind of shoots out like a gun. Scary experience actually and it rained like confetti everywhere.
Blow out a hole on a 32x4mm or 25x4mm for smaller runs, condense and I usually use a 1mm-4mm graphite tool to kind of give the hole a taper to it.

Sounds like a keck clip would have fixed all your problems with that bro. They are like a dollar.

Even then, you can't get a tight seal after the first use. You have to clean everything or the glass on glass seal never seals properly. I am speaking from experience.

Because of the dangers surrounding glass extractor tubes (legal and physical) we previously decided as a community not to discuss these matters here. Plenty of fb groups discuss this. Thanks for understanding our position and cooperating.

This doesn't help me, the report button, however, does.
