Hello fellow melters

Moved shop recently and the Bricks on the ceiling of my kiln got pretty jacked up but are still sitting there (barely)

Is there some type of kiln cement or mortar type stuff I can purchase to repair these cracks and prevent a brick from falling onto a piece?

Local pottery supply? Online website?

Any pointers in the right directiOn would be much appreciated

i would lift your bricks up to where they should be, then drill a couple very course thread screws to give the broken sections some support.

this stuff has worked very well for us in holding up kiln elements in the ceiling of our kiln, and should do something to keep your bricks together as well. .. maybe squirt this in, then push them up, then screw. drill through the metal, barely tighten the screw, as you will just strip out the kilnbrick if you tighten. use short enough screws that you aren't entering the kiln hot area..

it's been holding our elements in place for months now.. no failure at all yet!
