Open Call to Artists who work in Glass with a Fine Art aesthetic or emphasis to their work. What better way to chase away the cold, dark month of February than with a celebration of art mediums born of heat and fire? Sculpture, Objects d'art, wall pieces, installation art and more. Utilitarian objects will be considered so long as they read as "Fine Art" first. This is not an exhibition for simple drinking and eating vessels. This exhibit is intended to show works in glass and ceramic that expresses these materials as fine art. The exhibition will take place in February 2014 in Gallery 66 NY.
Jurors: Ronda Schaer of RASgalleries and Wendy Gilvey of Hudson Beach Glass Gallery.
Submission Deadline: Dec. 28th, 2013
Opening Reception: Feb. 7th
Exhibition Dates: Feb. 7th - March 2nd
