Absolutely love it when doing vacs all day and all three pulls have literally no waste of good tube.

75x5- 1/3 color rods and only this left on the end. Also all done by hand with rollers.

Such a good day. Wanted to share.

less (or no) scrap is always a good thing! i make my lined tubing by just rod encase 1" hw then either sleeve that or use clear rod encasement. i seem to waste a ton at the knuckes, but then again i've got a box of knuckles that some day i'll use. maybe lol.

Always a great feeling pulling perfect tubes with no waste left over! On the other hand, It's one of the worst feelings when you screw up, and waste a bunch of color!

Istandalone, gotta learn how to work those knuckles. Any tube pull has knuckles and it's good to learn how to manage them.

And yes it does suck losing half a stack to a cracked off blow tube. Got my system down and thankfully that hasn't happened in about a year.
