View Full Version : Customer Service Review GTT Phantom Repair

My son dropped his Phantom and broke the outer fire Oxy nob completely off/out. Destroyed some of the threads inside also.
Sooo sent it off to GTT on Tuesday 2 day Express mail expecting it to take a while for them to get to it.
Well I got it back the next Monday looking like new. One week turn around is hard to find, especially for quality work, even locally, and this had to go across the country.
Props to GTT for having high quality products, excellent service, and being so helpful when ordering.

Now that's the kind of stuff I like to hear! So can you tell if they fixed it or is there a chance they just swapped it out for a new one? Either way that's is an awesome turn around!! I swear it might of taken longer for mine to ship from them new to nor cal...honestly I don't remember but I wouldn't of minded if it did, so there and then fixed and then back in 6 days... Wow

Hi KLAW, sorry about taking so long to get back to you. The invoice said they heli coiled and recut the threads and installed a new valve. The 2 day express shipping there and back cost more than the repair bill, but was well worth it.

That's awesome I'm glad to know there's a chance of getting it fixed and back fairly quick if I ever do something like that...
