Don't want to jump the gun. I'll wait to post my review again until after the kiln is up and running.

just got a call back from the lady that answers the phone and they have decided to send me out the relay. At least we'll be able to move past that in this issue.
I read your other thread. Gleamed you had issues. But bought the kiln used and previous owners had issues.
Run it on a generator.
And now want to give a manufacturers customer service review.
What a guy

yeah, i hear what you're saying... i dont have a problem that the kiln doesn't work or with the quality of the kiln. I obviously knew the kiln was not functioning when i bought it. It seems well built and to be a decent quality kiln. My problem and what I was going to review here was their customer service. There's no reason for a company to ever be condescending/patronizing/talking down to a customer especially when they're completely in the wrong with their assumptions. It would be one thing to say "sorry sir, the kiln is out of warranty and we are unwilling to offer any trouble shooting" its another thing to lob faintly veiled insults at me. Especially when i call and talk to a customer service person and say "i just received what i perceived to be a rude and condescending email" and that person to not even apologize or address the issue.
I'm not saying i was in the right (though ive yet to hear someone tell me WHY it's bad to run a kiln on a genny) to run the thing on a generator for a couple hours to make sure it functioned but considering it had the same issue before, during and after being run on a generator, its kind of ridiculous to blame it on the generator instead of actually trying to figure out whats wrong. There's literally a small handful of parts that could be malfunctioning (relay, controller, elements, wiring, pyrometer and an on off switch).
The reason i erased my original post with my review is to give them until the whole issue is resolved. Maybe the guy just had a bad day and needed to blow off some steam and will apologize today. Trust me, i want to have a good experience with these guys. I just want to get this kiln fixed so i can sell it.
