So TMP can I get some pictures of your torch bases for GTT and Carlisle I need to make lathe mounts but I don't want to go buy two torches just to find out the dimensions... So if I could get some pics of how there put together and the bottom of the base that would be fantastic... plus dimensions if you can spare them

I can get you carlisle base pictures/dimensions when I get into work tomorrow. Can't help with any big GTTs. Possibly the Cheetah if you can use that.

For gtts I would make a mount that attachx to the tab off thd barrel or the legs that come off that. No need for the heavy base on the fire carriage

Off the legs would be the best IMHO
That's what I did on my blastshield lathe mount. I drilled 2 holes screwed it on, done easy peasy....
I also drilled one hole in the center of the lathe mount for a CC.

Thanks for the pictures I'm gonna make one like I did for my champion just a different plate in the middle. also I thought the cc had a ball on the end...

The mount on this one is like a sandwich so the outside doesn't change but you can change the middle

The CC does have a ball on the end. The ball and post at the other end of the ball is just a 1/2" ( I think ) threaded rod that connects to the bottom of the torch.
I unscrewed the whole arm and just made a piece to attach to the lathe mount and screwed into the torch bottom.
I'll try to post pics tomorrow.

Here are the bases of the Carlisle CC Ball and Post and CC+ Rack and Pinion. Let me know if you need other Carlisle bases.

sweet that Carlisle was the hardest for me to understand..lol so the peg that holds the ball in place can slide out the bottom?

That's what it looks like. The center peg attaches to the brass plate which is attached to the base. 3 years at MGA and I never looked under that torch until today :)
