I have ordered from these guys twice. First time Amazingly fast delivery. Packed well, extra stickers, cd, new catalog, poster.. WOW!! Thanks a ton.

Decided to give them some more business this week. Small order, but fairly important to project at hand. It was scheduled to be delivered yesterday. I tracked it today. UPS claims it was left on my porch at 5:39pm... Wellllllll....
Bullshit UPS. I have a very nice,well behaved, loving dog that explodes with barking and false tough dog posturing. No one came on to the porch. We have had a crazy amount of snow fall the last week, there were no tracks. I called UPS, they said "it shows delivered" I said, "!$!$%@%^$%^*&(^((" or something like that... Eventually I got the point across that, no it in had not been delivered. Is there any chance it was delivered to the wrong address? NO.... "File a claim"

I call MGA before any claim filing. They tell me they are dealing with claim and I will have another package at my door Friday.
In short. Fuck UPS, YAY MGA.

mtn glass is THE best customer service. i got my bluebirdxl there, and there was a slight issue (not going to go into it, but it wasn't mga's fault, it was paragons) and they bent over backwards to rectify the situation. they won a lifetime customer that day.

They have really nice asian color. Believe it or not I had the same color from ABR, the cobalt blue, and it is better more opaque at mountain glass. They also have instock the asian amber that I like. I will order again but probably just 10 pieces of each asian color rods. Nothing else really.

Glad to hear it Luke! When I saw this post, I thought you were gonna have a bad experience with them. I was already ready to type "hit up MTN and Im sure they'll take care of you!" I've ordered from about everywhere. Had a little snafu with ABR before, but nothing too serious. Honestly...if I can have MTN glass price match anything i find anywhere else, they almost always get my business, just because they have always done so well. Glad to hear that that is continuing on!

Got my Lynx from MGA and some supplies,every order is fast and correct.
'Trampled By Turtles' was the cd I got,
Great company,Great service,
I only wished they had free shipping on cyber Monday,
And im sure MGA would of handled my botched up order better than the other guys did

MGA in my opinion so far has given me the BEST most RELIABLE service I have had as of yet in the glass world. Everyone else is a little sketchy on delivery but if you order from MGA it goes out on time and comes with great jams too!

So.... Turns out UPS did in fact deliver my box. They just delivered it to the wrong address...lol. I am lucky to have a few honest neighbors. He found it on his porch and brought it over. I called Justin at MGA and let him know. Everyone is happy. No one is out of pocket, I only lost a day to UPS.

Im glad you got your glass,
Now on the UPS methods of service,
It is their policy to drop packages and mark them delivered on your front porch.
You can prevent this by contacting UPS and require a signature on all deliveries.
This action will prevent wrong house deliveries and theft of our valuable packages.
You can also have your package held at the hub if you would like to pick it up.

After dealing with MGA I don't think I'll be going anywhere else in the future. Super fast shipping, price matching, and knowledgeable staff. Two thumbs up

yep good service, but i've had good service from all the companys i've ordered from ; ABR, glasscraft, sundance, Frantz, mountainglass. they've all been great.

Although i did get called some names through an email...

2 of the employees were sending emails back and forth, well one accidentally got sent to me, and lets just say it wasn't very nice. I waited for over a year to order from them again...but did and have been pleased with there service ever since

at the time I was fucking pissed, but yeah now it seems pretty comical. When i called them up and said something the guy was real honest about it, and said he had no excuss and that he was quote " like a dog with his tail between his legs" he gave me a free 1 year membership valued at 100$ for future purchase discounts, but like i said i didn't order from them again until after it had expired. did that on purpose just to show them i didn't need their BS. all in the past tho.

they are a great company.

Mountain Glass is awesome. I had a reg that was still under warranty crap out on me. They shipped out a new one that day, no charge. They trusted me to send the defective one back.
They're always wicked helpful whenever I call there.

I love mountain - I'm three states away and stuff always comes either next-day or second-day. I love how they don't use packing peanuts.

I give them all my business as well as referrals. They price match and have the best customer service. UPS dumped a box of smashed tube in my garage, leaking chunks of shrapnel all over the garage floor, didn't even bother to ring the bell. I didn't even call UPS, just called MGA, and they took care of it.

another solid Mountain experience....

I ordered some adapters to split my oxy/prop lines for my hand torch. I installed them, did a soap test and found a leak due to a tiny crack that probably happened while being hand-assembled by the manufacturer.

I emailed a pic of the damage to mountain on a Tuesday, they reached out to the manufacturer (Griffin Glass) and I had a replacement at my door on Thursday! I've been up and running ever since.

Awesome service from Mountain AND from Griffin Glass, thanks guys!

Pretty much same thing happen to me, ups and a bunch of broken tube. I called mountain they reshipped my whole order same day and gave me a 25$ credit to for some reason.They were super nice about it on the phone also.

well heck i made an order this morning, and.... NOTHING!!!! they dont work on Sunday i guess, bunch of lame-os :D

other than that, definitely they rock. bought more supplies from them than everyone else combined :)

I wish I could say Mountain Glass is good...but they are great...not good...
I love them. Every bit of glass I've ordered has been from them, plus lots of tools and graphite etc.
I just ordered a new Regulator, hose, fire arrestor, and a pair of Jacks from them this morning.
I just talked to them on Friday about a GTT lynx and he told me an 8 month waiting list..so put my name on GTT's list as well.
Not many companies would direct your business else where, but he sincerely wanted to help me get what I want.
They have me as a customer for life!

Have to throw my hat in the ring, MGA goes above and beyond, sent them a email about my regulator, they called me first thing in the morning and left a voicemail with suggestions on how to fix, I wasn't able to return the call being at work, they sent a follow up email a few hours later to let me know they called and left instructions and to get back to them if it didn't fix it, think we worked it down to bad regulator and they will get me a replacement , but also suggested a way to get it repaired locally so downtime would be minimal. MGA rocks!

They do rock. I called this morning because the oxygen regulator I received yesterday. Has the lower pressure gauge's needle sitting at 20 psi, while in the package. They are sending me a new one, and are having UPS picking up the old one with a prepaid label.

Yup, theyre great. Called me immediately after I emailed them to figure out my dilemma of broken tubes. I got extra stickers, catalog, and two posters with my order! along with credit for the broken tubes(which was UPS's fault) towards my next order! Super pleased with them.

I've used them since I got started a couple years ago. Never have had any problems from them!

actually this one time i had ordered something that could easily have shipped in a USPS flat rate. MGA called me up to see if id rather save on the shipping and go with that route instead of using UPS for something so small...pretty unexpected, pretty awesome!
the goodies are always fun too, love getting new music!

the images I'm picturing of how ups managed to turn boxes of tube from MGA into frit are pretty funny they must have tried REALLY hard with how the boxes are packed...:crazy:

Their service is always 2nd to none.
My biggest complaint is how hard it is to leave their store only with what I came for. Bastards always have soooo much cool stuff.
