Ok, the Dvd of the lampworking video is finally completed and officially for sale. It features six artists doing 2-3 techs each and the running time is approx 53 minutes. I was going to tell who is in the video and what techs are in the video, but, I think it will be much better as a surprise, so people who have seen it, please don't spill too much of the beans. The cost is 8 dollars, which includes shipping, and half of the proceeds will be donated to this forum, so there is no reason to be a cheapskate!! As of right now we are not sure if a downloadable version will be available due to the size of the video and etc. but we will keep you updated. Be the coolest kid on your block and pick up a copy today.

For the highly awaited downloadable version, you could try using one of the compression codecs such as dvd-shrink or divx. That should tame the size by a large percentage.

well. shipping to isreal was 2.40 so you can just send that if you want, i'm sure it's enough, but the downloadable version still is an option, my friend has to convert the file on his computer and then send it to bizzy to try to get it set up. So it's up to you, at the very minimum i would say a week or two.

Oops, I just read my post and realized that it doesn't say that this is a joke video, in the first post I made telling people about the video (http://www.thegldg.com/forum/showthread.php?t=201), it was mentioned many times. I guess I figured everyone knew about it. Some people are emailing me all pissed about it and all I have to say is, I think EVERYONE who bought it can afford 8 dollars to donate to the forum and if your sense of humor isn't totally weak, then I think it's at the very least somewhat amusing and funny. So what, 8 dollars? I think most of us can earn 8 dollars in 10 minutes or less making a pendant.

So basically, think about this, IF I would have never made this video, and used the time of filming it, working in the video, importing the video, editing the video, dealing with paypal and answering questions about it, compiling a list of addresses, burning disks, buying disks, buying packing materials, writing each and every address on there and mailing them, I could have made close to 1000 dollars blowing glass, and I donated every cent of profit so far to the forum, (who by the way had nothing to do with this, or had no idea what was on it..) So please think about that before emailing me about donating 8 dollars to the forum, and getting something in return.

Not to mention, that the stick stack, shows close to the correct method and the cold seal mouthpiece trick, which can be used for many things was a real technique.
