attending Glassroots 2014 as an artist?

I'd like to be able to go to Glassroots this year in Austin, how would I go about registering as an artist, but not an exhibitor?

I've never attended a trade show before so this is new to me...

Artists are exhibiting their work at glassroots. They are one in the same. Their website has details for registration.
