looking to spend around 100 or so on my friends bday which is coming soon (april 22nd) and id like someone to contact me with a price on a simple dry nail oil rig (been outta the loop a long time dont know exactly what they're called) she has a plain one that kind of looks like a sherlock so maybe something like that or similar but with a few custom touches / colors ? i dont know. pm me so we can get this going i have paypal ready

Are you sure you want a dry one? Most people complain that is a harsher hit than a water-filtered oil rig.

Anyway, for ~$100 you won't get anything amazing but you could get a clear rig with a millie or two. I could make one for you but I'm still a newb, it won't be the prettiest, cleanest thing in the world but it will work.
