Bender character from Futurama. The chef hat is a flower bowl and the one without an antenna is a dome. There are three arm attachments, one is a dabber, the others a middle finger and a beer which are just for looks. There is no hole in the joint between the body and arm. The other arm holds the mouth piece which was made to look like a liquor bottle and the smoke spins in that section.
