Is it wrong my first thought was, "who's making raw material glass in France??"
Then I realized they're making it and using it, not selling rod and tubing.

Its my understanding that pyrex cookware is still boro .. in europe .. great video though .. I didn't see any platinum lined tanks or any of the other things people pass around ass necessary . for the process

I thought it was the molds for the tubing and rod that were platinum?

I think the line "worked by machines because it's too hot to be worked by human hands" should have read "worked by machines because it's cheaper than being worked by human hands"
Cool video though.

the platinum is there for sure. That's the way its done for years. Those machines they are using are millions just by them self. The platinum orifice right were the glass comes out of the furnace.
