Definitely don't hesitate to hit those guys up about any issues you have with an order. It was actually a pleasure getting my hassles sorted out, it'd rock if everybody treated their customers similarly.

They are very good last year during the holiday rush UPS lost my package. To make a long story short I called mountain to let them know and they sent out again right away. I've never had any problems with mountain what so ever

I actually called them and placed an order recently, and they sent it to my old address (even though I changed my address with them, and while on the phone, talked to Joe about the new address, new place, and all of that) Then, they intercepted the package, and other workers called me asking me why it was intercepted. First issue I've ever had with them, but they are still my go to company for sure.

well i have to say i have used MGA almost exclusively for everything but clear. at least 80-90% of my business. i can only find one nitpicking small beef in all that time, and that is that i often have seen the special of the month be free shipping( only in the US). They wouldnt give me a shipping deal one time i asked, i noticed there was a free shipping sale on, and they said well we cant do anything for you of a deal on shipping but if you want a free hoodie give us a call. i kind of hate hoodies :D

I orderd a ton of stuff from these guys when I got my bravo setup. A oxy regulator knob was out of package anf logged under the tape and cardboard on the bottem of the box so I couldn't find it. Called them and the day the "missing" knob came I broke down the other box and found it. They even helped me threw seting it all up. They treated me like I was standing in their store. A plus in the bizness department
