A real good idea! I would love to have a pro show me what my torch can do and how the flame should be for different operations.
I just got my torch and im not so good at this point is putting it nicely.

Where I live there is nobody to teach me so I have to go it alone, thank goodness for youtube and this forum. today is my second day with a torch and have maybe 5 hours practice and loving it. Im getting stuff figured out. :D
You may as well buy a torch and then you will be forced to get your own gear.
try to get a cheap one to get started.

The sooner you get you own set up the sooner you can ruin glass. LOL I made 4 pendants today and broke 2. One in the house and one as I put the finishing touches on it and it fell from my tongs to the concrete. LOL

Wow, a $1,000 torch to use and learn on would be awesome. I already want a bigger torch, bigger oxygen bottles and bigger glass.
This hobby is expensive, I give up drinking alcohol only to get hooked on glass. I might sell one of my cars to feed my addiction. LOL
