Black rock Galleries is offering an extensive collection of
Antique Spanish Glass
in conjunction with their
Fall Estates Auction in Bridgeport, Connecticut USA on
Sunday, November 9, 2014
beginning at 1 p.m.
These unique and never-before-offered glass pieces date from the 16th through 18th centuries. Antique Spanish glass items in this auction include approximately 50 lots of:
flasks
mugs
porrons
bottles
irons
apothecary jars
ink well
tumblers
vials
decorative items
and much more!
Provenance:
This collection of Spanish glass has been in the Jarreau family of Wilton, CT for four generations and laid untouched in storage for 45 years. The Jarreau family owned an antique store in Connecticut in the 1960s that eventually closed. All the contents were subsequently divided between the owner’s daughters and placed into storage where it remained until now.
