turning a mess up into something functional

hey everyone so i just started lampworking last week and ive heard the expression its not what you can make but what you can fix. So as a newbie ive messed up alot so far but work so hard to making something work.

so here is a pipe i made that was really tiny and then broke in half. so i managed to get a good connection to the bowl piece and then decorated it.

so im just wanting to see if there is anyone else who has pix showing mistakes into art.

Looks real good for starting out. I have some wonky wrap and rake spoons Im going to twist into cane, pull into stringers and use to wrap and rake with.

Im just waiting till my oxygen concentrator get here so Im not burning bottled O2 to melt my mistakes down.
