i dont know what all the numbers mean in the descrption of high vac valves.

kimble sells them cheap.

they dont list ones with a drain built in but they do make them

kimble has great prices too.

yes im going to build a torch.

let me blowmyself up if i want to

whats a hi vac valve?

if you're looking for needle valves their on google or a bunch of other places, just don't get them from a glass distributor...unless you want to pay a 500%mark up...

Go here (https://www.chemglass.com/search.asp) and figure out the correct name of what you want. Then ask about it. Right now you don't make any sense at all.

Unless I'm misinterpreting your lousy description, which is entirely possible, you may want to use the search term "stopcock".

I thought I was using keywords used on their catalog.

A stopcock is not what I'm looking for.

I figured someone on here is familiar with these parts.

why not call chemglass and tell them you want to make a glass torch and see what they recommend? That is what I did and they were very helpful.

hi-vav valves numbers are based on the opening of the hole inside the valve. Most common valves are 0-4, meaning it opens from 0mm-4mm. 0-8 is a bit large for theses applications, a normal teflon valve will seat and work fine....https://www.chemglass.com/product_view.asp?pnr=CGB-960
