Salt City Glass and their concentrators

I was wondering how people liked borofire concentrators. How was customer service? How long did it take to ship? Did it ship safely?

Want one so bad. I just don't have the money really. Talked to them and they had great customer service though.

I ordered a 10/20 concentrator.
After ordering the webpage then said 21 to 28 days until it ships.
After 3 weeks, I ended up canceling it because I bought a homefill and I had a 5lpm concentrator already and a homefill only uses 2lpm for its input.
So I never actually got the concentrator from them. I do have to say their customer service if great.
They canceled it with no problems and applied my paypal refund with in a day or 2.

I bought one, the Borofire 815, it took right at 3 weeks. Shipping knocked a tiny hose off the oxygen purity sensor. 5 minutes with a screw driver and it runs perfectly.

Robert and Donna Are great folks. I would buy another one in a heartbeat.

Hey, thanks for posting this question! I was all sorts of upset when sundance's oxycons went "temporarily unavailable", as I couldn't get a second one, nor find anywhere else that had a model with the same pressure. This just made my day. Now, the tricky part... where to scrounge ~$500...

Available Oxygen has them also. They gave me a really good price quote also.
