I would make sure the pictures are not too large. if they are huge they can fail. if you want email me one at raytt @ rocketmail .com with out the spaces and Ill shrink one to see if thats the problem.

I believe I had mine fail when it was full sized taken from my phone...using PC.
I always shrink then now to half the size before hand.

Try that same pic again as I changed settings a few months ago so phone pics didn't need to be resized. Let me know what happens. :)
