The Melting Pot Needs Your Pictures!

Hey everyone. We have been putting together an article about TMP for The Flow, and we could use some pictures. We could use pictures of you, or pictures of your work. If you have something you want to throw out there for us to use, please do! (The more we have to pick from, the better.) The pictures need to be original high quality versions straight from the device you took it with (nice camera, phone with very high MP count camera). The quality of the pictures is important, so feel free to retake high quality pictures of your old work if there's something specific you want to submit. dude that's in Bennington. where i live. that skatepark is where i broke my leg lmao. it's long gone now, i don't even think we have a skate park now. just a town full of old women/men on the select board and a ton of crack/heroin addicts. i used to love this town, and i'll always love VT, but 05201 SUCKS so bad that if you listen, you can actually hear the slurping sounds hahaha.

if you're ever up this way, give me a shout we'll tip a pint or something.

i emailed a set of pics to eugenerain@gmail, but am not sure if they came through or not. mostly marbles, a few pipes and beads. hopefully you can use one, if not i can try to get better pics.

You say high Mp .
Specifically what res is the lowest you can use?
I shoot everything at 6mp but my phone can do 13mp if needed.
I don't see the need myself for that high for anything I do.
Feel free to use any pics I have posted and I'll shoot some high res of a heady 8m working on.

Whatever the requirements are for Flow magazine. ;)

13 is prolly better than 6 but we can try and submit both. It's going to be up to them which photos are used. Send any you would like to submit. :)

Also if you guys can add a note with your name and the year you started glass, and anything you'd like to say about the melting pot. :)

What is the pixels per inch you need?

I shoot with a 9 megapixel digital SLR camera. I shoot in the raw mode so I can alter it with photoshop. I just need to know how to save it. I save everything for the web presently. So there like 8 x 10 at 72 dpi.
I would imagine you want something like 350 dpi for the magazine?
