I aquired a piece of shit beth lathe and am making some production bings. I would really like some help with wholesale pricing. I understand that It's a new level for me and I'll pick up speed just like when I first started glass but damn these shits are taking me forever. Not to mention I gotta tune the thing up after every piece. So if any other lathe workers would like to help tell me what you would price these at
1. 16'' tall on 44/4mm with wrap/rake top and bottom, small matching slide
2. 20" ( same ) 3 rows 1/2" clear/fume dots on top, w/r bottom
Thanks

I would wholesale them for $25-35 each depending on what they LOOK like and overall craftsmanship.

just as a rule of thumb, stores generally like to buy things in the ball park of half what they will be reselling them to the end customer for.

Homer sounds about right to me. I don't know though 'cause I don't make tubes. eternalfrost, it seems to me that a lot of stores mark up more than 100 percent. 120-200 percent markups seem more common to me.

well most glass bings i see are around 100 retail , so i would go for 50 atleast and then ifyou have to get 35, or offer them up at 35 if they get 10 or something bulk discounts.

are they imports or is that just the going price. around here I see them for 50 to 80(retail) so I could have easily deduced a wholesale market price but I was just wondering what other americans were getting.
