This post isn't directed at anyone in particular and is not intended to incite riot.

So here it goes

Even though I have been bad and haven't really been posting a lot,
I see lots of members with lots of posts, like 200 or more posts.
But hasn't anyone noticed that there a lot of negative posts from people with less then 20 posts, most of those posts being inflammatory...
So in your opinion
how many people are using alter egos to do their shit throwing on this board?

Yes I do beleive that the forum software vBulletin can track and see users IP addresses. It's been a while from the last time I installed and used vBulletin, but I would assume the new versions of vBulltin would be even better.

If you guys would be so kind as to lend me a hand when you see negative/out of line posts, and click the "report bad post" button so it notifies the staff. As you guys all know I have my hands a bit more full then I'd like and it's obvious that it's taking time away from my board time, so more then ever do I need the help. I certainly don't want the overall attitude here to start turning negative again, everyone has done such an amazing job of turning that around and watching what they say.

I will check for alter egos, and thanks for the lookouts.

No, I'm serious. I don't recall ever reading anything from you that would warrant someone writing you a nasty PM.

Heck, I disagree with people from time to time about things, but only very rarely do I take what they say to be a mean spirited personal jab at me, so I have rarely felt the need to PM a nasty message to anyone.

This is exactly why I pointed out the humour in his screen name in a subtle way in the other thread - I was sure someone may take offense or think something derogatory was being said.

....it doesnt hurt my feels, im a hetero person. i can understand your feeling compelled to defend gtt if someone says something derogitory about it, but i think it does not serve you well to stoop to that guys level.

im not trying to make anything out to be more than it is when everything is, what it is. for better or for worse you have taken on the position of representing gtt. im sure that many people appreciate your input since the w's dont post here.
