Someone who has been posting on this forum did a horrible thing many years ago.
now I see him posting here.
I will never forget what you did.
And I'm sure you didn't return the 100 dollar membership fees you fraudulently charged.
And I still am basically computer illiterate and use an iMac. So no. I did not hack your webpage as you told everyone and gave them my at the time studio landline number to call and harass me.
I see that you recently had some trouble.
I wouldn't wish that on anyone.
In fact when I heard I said "that guy is a piece of shit but I hope he is well, that's horrible".
The thing is, the hatred toward lamp workers was pretty thick back then.
It all started with me disagreeing about using a national 3 a for soft glass.
It's a great torch for soft glass, if you use the correct flame......
So.
No. I didn't forget.
Not sure if you are forgiven.
HOWEVER!!!
The lamp workers won.
The American studio glass movement took a turn, and it was to the torch.
So.... Part of me smiled to see the posts here.
I'm also willing to accept an apology any old time.
The accomplice and one time treasurer of GAS didn't remember me, and I don't expect him to considering..... You know why.
I sought him out not long ago to address the extremely shitty nature of what you guys did to the at the time small online glass community, and to me.
I came here looking for some info. Didn't find what I was looking for. I won't be back here.
If you want to apologize you'll be able to get I touch with me through Facebook.
Otherwise..... Be well.
Sorry this is a weird post folks. But. I had to take the opportunity.
In my beginnings two guys tried to ruin my glass career for their own monetary gain.
That ain't cool. And they HATED HEAVILY on lamp workers.
So. We won.
Enjoy.
