Eye Candy Marblemaking Class with Nathan Miers on July 8-9, 2006; 9am to 4pm. This class will focus on the technical aspects of borosilicate marblemaking. Topics covered will include prep work, lens options, dichroic techniques, fuming surface decoration, tubing marbles, and shaping and finishing. Students will learn how to make Vortex marbles, Dichroic Galaxy marbles, Honeycomb marbles and more. Nathan will discuss annealing cycles, tool selection and marketing your work and he will also answer any questions you may have.

Is it $150 per day or both days? Looks like a fun class!

I wish i wasnt on the wrong coast as well.

Yeah, Nate...Just found out it would be a little too expensive for me to drive (or fly and rent a car) to get to Frantz. But, if you are ever in the Tahoe area or anywhere near the Bay Area giving classes I'm totally there, dude. Maybe the next time I'm up in Oregon...
