Torch end. Wow these have gone up in price a lot since the last time I had to buy them.

Devardi glass has regulator end flashbacks for under 20$ a pair shipped, same size as ones that i prevoously paod 80$ ea for. They require 2 wrenches to install though due to a threaded center

I like the Carlisle flashbacks because they have 1/4" NPT fittings. I always put mine at the manifold. I also will not look for a bargain with flashbacks.
